Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, ensuring they have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Duties:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist in managing reservations and waiting lists
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Assist in other duties as assigned by management

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to make guests feel welcome and comfortable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and reservation management
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required
